As a seasoned Business Strategist and Leadership Coach, my mission is to provide solutions that promote both business success and personal growth. My journey through corporate America, the federal government, and the nonprofit sector has equipped me with a unique perspective. With experience at the Veterans Administration Regional Office, I bring firsthand knowledge of federal systems and processes to support businesses and nonprofits in navigating complex regulations.  As Assistant Manager at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC), I led operations for over 300 consultants and worked closely with executives, developing skills in strategic management and leadership. My experience with the largest community-based foundation in the U.S., The New York Community Trust, sharpened my expertise in grant management and nonprofit sustainability, giving me the tools to support nonprofits in navigating complex challenges like funding and compliance.
