Carol Knight is a business strategist, leadership development consultant,

author, and speaker with over 30 years of experience working across

government, corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial environments.

Her work is shaped by hands-on leadership experience, strategic insight,

and a deep understanding of what leaders carry behind the scenes. She is

known for translating complex challenges into clear, actionable direction—

without minimizing the weight leaders bear.
