Service Description

Nonprofit Organization Formation – $3,000 (For organizations requiring the full IRS Form 1023) We offer a full-service nonprofit formation package for organizations that need to file the standard IRS Form 1023 (not the streamlined EZ version). This is ideal for churches, schools, private foundations, organizations with projected income above $50,000, or groups that don’t qualify for Form 1023-EZ. Preparing a strong application requires extensive research, careful strategy, and precise documentation to ensure compliance and increase the likelihood of IRS approval. Clients are responsible for supplying the information, documents, and narratives required for each part of the application. We will guide you through what is needed and provide additional assistance with drafting or developing missing content if requested (Dependent on the volumn of scope needed, additional fees may apply). This package includes: - State formation filing fees are not included and will be added separately based on your entity type and state of formation.(Articles of Incorporation with charitable purpose language) - Employer Identification Number (EIN) - DBA filings may be required based on your organizational structure and, when applicable, and are billed separately. - Bylaws and Conflict of Interest Policy - Initial Board Resolution and setup documents - Full IRS 1023 application preparation, including all required schedules (A–H, as applicable) - Help preparing the 3-year projected budget and detailed program narrative - IRS-compliant attachments and responses to support your mission and activities - Filing guidance and timeline overview - Two 90-minute consultations to review your documents, answer questions, and guide you through the process - Formation services do not include licenses, permits, or professional approvals - Ongoing email support through completion - 'Dream It, Write It, Do It and Believe!'
