Business Formation Disclaimer Business formation services provided by Knight Consulting, LLC include the preparation and filing of standard business formation documents with the applicable state authority only. Formation fees do not include industry-specific licenses, professional certifications, permits, regulatory approvals, or legal services required for specialized or regulated businesses, including but not limited to cosmetology, home health services, childcare, medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professions. Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any additional licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, inspections, or fees required by federal, state, county, or local agencies specific to their business activities. Knight Consulting, LLC does not provide legal advice and does not represent clients in legal, regulatory, or compliance matters beyond standard business formation filings. By proceeding with services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. NOTE: My professional service fee is a flat $2,200 for business formation assistance. This fee reflects the depth of knowledge, experience, and guidance I provide throughout the process. Every detail is handled professionally, ensuring a smooth formation process and protecting you from potential errors or delays.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Refund Policy 1. Consultations • All consultations and services are non-refundable once the work service begins. • Formation services do not include licenses, permits, or professional approvals • Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled time. • If you do not show up for your consultation without notice, and still wish to meet, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply to book a new appointment. 2. Project Work • All services are non-refundable once booked and payment is made. • Work begins immediately upon booking, including research, planning, and document preparation — all of which require time and effort. • Therefore, no refunds will be issued for any reason once work has commenced, regardless of stage or progress. 3. Refunds • Refunds are only considered if no consultation has taken place and no work has been started. • Once a consultation is conducted or work has begun, no refunds will be granted. 4. Rescheduling Policy • Clients may request to reschedule a consultation at no charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. • Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment or after a no-show will require a $50 rebooking fee. 5. Appointment Reminders • You will receive an email and/or text reminder 1 day and 1 hour before your scheduled consultation, if your booking system supports automated notifications.
